Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 29, 2026
1. Purpose
The Tech & Toast Vineyard Ecosystem is a cultivated space for ambitious professionals, founders, creators, and leaders building with intention. These Community Guidelines apply to member spaces hosted on Mighty Networks, live Cultivate experiences, and any community channels operated under Tech & Toast™: Uncorked™.
Our standard is simple: connection before transaction. Pour into relationships before you extract value.
2. What we cultivate here
- Honest questions and thoughtful feedback;
- Strategic collaboration without performative networking;
- Respect for different seasons, paths, and identities;
- Confidentiality and consent when sharing others' stories or business details;
- Courage, clarity, and follow-through — rooted in integrity.
3. Expected conduct
Members agree to:
- Treat others with respect and professionalism;
- Share feedback constructively and in good faith;
- Honor the privacy of assessments, workspaces, and closed member conversations unless given permission to share;
- Use accurate representations of identity, experience, and offerings;
- Report concerns to moderators or techntoastuncorked@gmail.com when safety or guideline violations occur.
4. Prohibited conduct
The following are not permitted:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on protected characteristics;
- Sexual harassment or unwelcome sexual content;
- Doxxing, stalking, or publishing private information without consent;
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or repetitive self-promotion unrelated to the conversation;
- Pyramid schemes, deceptive income claims, or predatory solicitations;
- Sharing content that infringes intellectual property or confidentiality obligations;
- Impersonation of the Operator, staff, moderators, or other members;
- Attempts to disrupt, scrape, or exploit community systems;
- Providing legal, medical, financial, or investment advice presented as professional counsel without appropriate licensing and disclosure.
5. Confidentiality and sensitive topics
Members may share personal or business challenges in good faith. What is shared in member spaces should stay in member spaces unless the sharer gives explicit permission to repeat it elsewhere. Screenshots, recordings, or redistributions of private member content without consent are prohibited.
Live sessions (including Pitch & Pour™, Collaboration Circles, and accountability sessions) may involve vulnerable or strategic information. Participate with discretion and respect.
6. Promotion and collaboration
Thoughtful collaboration and referrals are welcome when relevant to the discussion. Blanket advertising, cold pitching in unrelated threads, or using member spaces primarily as a lead-generation funnel without contributing value is not aligned with our culture.
If you are unsure whether a post is promotional, ask a moderator or frame it as a genuine question seeking feedback.
7. Moderation and enforcement
We and designated moderators may:
- Remove or edit content that violates these Guidelines;
- Issue warnings or temporary restrictions;
- Suspend or terminate access to member spaces;
- Remove members from specific experiences or from the Ecosystem entirely, with or without refund subject to our Terms of Service and applicable law.
Enforcement decisions are made to protect the community as a whole. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate removal.
8. Reporting
If you experience or witness a violation, contact techntoastuncorked@gmail.com with relevant details. For urgent safety concerns, contact local emergency services first.
9. Relationship to other policies
These Guidelines supplement our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. Mighty Networks' platform rules also apply to use of the MN Platform.
10. Updates
We may update these Guidelines as the Ecosystem grows. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
