Tech & Toast: Uncorked ("we," "us," or "Operator") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://www.techntoastuncorked.com (the "Site"), use the Tech & Toast Vineyard mobile application (the "App"), contact us, or participate in the Tech & Toast Vineyard Ecosystem on Mighty Networks ("MN Platform").
This Policy applies to information we process as the operator of the Tech & Toast: Uncorked brand. Mighty Networks, Apple, Formspree, Vercel, and other service providers may process information under their own policies when you use their platforms.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Contact and inquiry data — name, email, and message content when you use our Connect form or email us;
- Membership and account data — name, email, profile information, billing details, and communications you submit when joining or using the Tech & Toast Vineyard Ecosystem;
- Assessment and onboarding data — responses to the Vintage Member Assessment, Growth Pour Plan™ inputs, onboarding preferences, and related member workspace activity;
- Community content — posts, comments, messages, files, and participation in Cultivate or other member spaces;
- App data — account identifiers, preferences, and content you choose to save in the Tech & Toast Vineyard app, as described in the App and applicable app-store disclosures.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general usage patterns on the Site;
- Cookies and similar technologies — as described in our Cookie Policy;
- Analytics — aggregated or pseudonymous data about how visitors and members use our properties, if and when analytics tools are enabled.
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from payment processors, Mighty Networks, Apple App Store, email providers, or other integrations necessary to deliver services you request.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Site, App, and membership services;
- Process inquiries submitted through Connect and Formspree;
- Create and deliver assessments, Growth Pour Plans™, courses, Pour Processes™, and Cultivate experiences;
- Facilitate community interaction and enforce our Community Guidelines;
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through the MN Platform;
- Send service-related communications (account, billing, security, policy updates);
- Send marketing communications where permitted by law and your preferences;
- Monitor, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar jurisdictions, we process personal data based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract (membership services), legitimate interests (security, improvement, marketing where allowed), consent (where required), and legal obligation.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers — hosting (e.g., Vercel), form processing (e.g., Formspree), membership platform (Mighty Networks), payment processors, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools, under contracts requiring appropriate protection;
- App platforms — Apple and other app marketplaces as needed to distribute and support the App;
- Professional advisors — lawyers, accountants, or insurers under confidentiality obligations;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required;
- Legal and safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of members and the Operator.
Community content you post in member spaces may be visible to other members according to the settings and features of the MN Platform.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may differ for account data, billing records, community content, and marketing preferences. You may request deletion subject to exceptions described below.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete certain personal information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based;
- Opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links;
- Request portability of information you provided in a structured format.

7.1 California residents
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" as defined by California law. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To submit a request, email techntoastuncorked@gmail.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International users
We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
10. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact techntoastuncorked@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
